We are currently recruiting a Senior coordinator in the Sales and Trading – Equity Group. You will provide administrative support to the executive team and general multidisciplinary support to the various teams in the Equity Group. This position offers you the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our group through your communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Your Role:

  • You will be the resource person and, in your role, supporting leaders, you will manage the execution of requests from all internal groups.
  • You will be responsible for all of your team’s marketing events and all related tasks associated with them.
  • You will assume all administrative activities such as organizing travels, onboarding and departure of team members, management of office materials and equipment. You will be responsible for various controls related to expenses.
  • You will maintain compliance with policies, standards and procedures and propose changes. You will need to ensure that your groups comply with various regulatory and corporate standards.
  • You will optimize and operationalize administrative processes with the aim of improving the efficiency and quality of services.
  • You will actively participate in the team's success by encouraging open communication and innovation.
  • You will coordinate any ad hoc requests or projects.

The position requires your presence in office in Montreal.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative support to managers.
  • Excellent command of French and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in written communications.
  • In-depth proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • A related bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or a three-year college diploma and five years of relevant work experience.

Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
