The ALLIANCE team in the CEC commercial sector is growing due to an increase in our activities in Western Canada and our business partners (Treasury, Creative Industries, GP1859, BRPC, CEC, etc.).

 Alliance is a multidisciplinary team that handles complex cases with significant impact on our clients, our partners, and of course, the client experience in our sector. It’s a team with the desire and determination to help the client, to find solutions sometimes outside the usual scope of action.

 Being part of the Alliance team means being comfortable with various changes — whether in the cases we handle or in the way we work. It also means having the ability to share best practices with colleagues and to find solutions tailored to the client’s needs in order to improve and strengthen the relationship between the client and the bank.

 What does Alliance do?

• 2nd level CRM support / handling complex BNE cases
• Management of client complaints
• Complex banking research
• Bookings for GP1859
• Processing of Paytrack / Nethris / Algo Pay files
• Processing of files from: Treasury, Creative Industries related to SBIE, TFC, Foreign Exchange
• Client contact via written communication and outbound calls
• Presentation and coaching of our platforms to potential new clients
• Presentations to CEC teams
• Coaching / employee feedback

• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Work in an “urgent” context and take charge of cases – productivity-focused mindset
• Adaptability to change
• Business relationship management with our partners
• Analytical, diplomatic
• Organized and autonomous
• Solution-oriented
• Capable of delivering presentations
• Ability to influence and guide our partners and clients
• Bilingualism: written and spoken is an asset

 Position Info:

• Team schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
