As a Senior Operations Associate (S4), you play a key role in the processing, monitoring, and analysis of administrative activities. You contribute to delivering a distinctive client experience while enhancing the operational performance of the unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor administrative files and activities
  • Perform data entry while ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Respond to requests from clients and business partners
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Support continuous improvement of processes
  • Identify and resolve operational issues
  • Adhere to compliance requirements and risk management standards
  • Prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in administrative work
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English
  • Attention to detail, organization, and autonomy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
