A career as a Senior Clerk in the Card Lifecycle team at National Bank means acting as an operations expert. Your versatility, agility, and ability to take action will make a real difference in the client experience. It’s a role where your ability to work in synergy with multiple partners is key.

Your Role :

  • Independently carry out various operational activities in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures
  • Handle client requests related to credit card products
  • Identify issues, demonstrate agility, and actively contribute to their resolution
  • Detect and correct errors in processes
  • Suggest optimization ideas to improve operations
  • Participate in the team’s daily activities and help meet service level agreements
  • Ensure compliance with current policies and procedures
 

Your Team Within the Card Lifecycle – Mastercard sector, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of approximately 20 colleagues, reporting to Erika Cornejo, Section Director. Our team stands out for its authentic collaboration, agility, and strong team spirit. We value knowledge sharing, proactive behavior, and the ability to make an impact. The work environment is friendly, focused on mutual support and a shared drive to move forward together. This position is offered in a hybrid work model, combining in-office presence and remote work, based on operational needs. You’ll collaborate daily with various sectors of the Bank and experienced professionals to provide high-quality support in day-to-day operations.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
    Autonomy, initiative, and ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative and solution-focused attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in task execution
  • Openness to continuous learning and process improvement
