A career as a Senior Representative in the Transactional and Banking Research team at National Bank means acting as an operations expert. Your job:

  • Independently carry out various administrative activities, information research, audits and data analysis according to policies. established standards and procedures
  • Responsible for the execution of customer requests in connection with the various transactions on the customer's account.
  • Raise issues and demonstrate agility in order to contribute to their resolution.
  • Propose suggestions and optimization ideas for continuous improvement of operations.
  • Respond adequately to requests from clients and stakeholders involved in files by offering professional and courteous service
  • Participate in daily activities to contribute to the success of the team and compliance with service agreements.

Your team:

Within the Banking and Digital Operations sector, you are part of a team of 16 colleagues and you report to Annie Desjardins, Section Director. Our team stands out for its expertise in analysis, its quality of delivery, its provision of customer/employee experience, the atmosphere of pleasure, collaboration and complicity.

We favor a variety of forms of continuous learning to enrich your development, in particular learning in action, training content made available to you and working in collaboration with colleagues with diverse expertise and profiles.

Work schedules are flexible and include teleworking depending on operational needs. You will collaborate daily with the different sectors of the bank and your more experienced colleagues to provide support in daily operations. We know that we can count on our colleagues to encourage knowledge sharing and mutual assistance.

The position is currently based in Laval, but it is possible to also work from the Montreal head office.

**Please note that activities will be completely relocated to the Montreal head office during 2025-2026**

Prerequisites:
  • High school diploma and 3.5 years of relevant experience or College diploma and 1.5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in general office work
  • Experience in the banking sector
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Experience in operations, desirable
  • Experience in customer service, desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook software and mastery of collaboration tools (Yammer, Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc.)
