A career as an Employee Experience Lead Auditor in the Internal Audit team at National Bank means taking charge of carrying out audit mandates and advisory mandates while developing the knowledge of your colleagues in your area of expertise.

Your job

  • Lead and/or perform audit work independently, on a specific sector or process
  • Identify and assess risks and internal controls arising from activities
  • Identify key areas to be audited based on identified risks and issues
  • Present findings and recommendations to the relevant executives and managers and take charge of the drafting of the audit report
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and transparently with key stakeholders: scope of work, audit results, identified risks and recommendations
  • Represent the team on tactical committees and provide advice
  • Supervise, train and coach fellow auditors

Within the Internal Audit sector, you will be part of a team of professional colleagues and report to the Manager, Internal Audit Employee Experience. Our team stands out for its complicity, enthusiasm, and multidisciplinary skills. Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 10 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the business sector and 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in internal or external audit
  • Knowledge related to human resources activities or risk management could be considered an asset 
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong ability to understand the reality of business and influence at different hierarchical levels
  • Ability to solve complex problems and demonstrate innovation
  • Excellent communication skills in French (oral and written)
