A career as a Lead Digital Acquisition in the Digital Marketing team at National Bank means acting as an expert and spokesperson for digital acquisition. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your extensive knowledge in performance and digital conversion.

Your role:
  • Be the reference for the performance of digital acquisition of banking products and work with a matrix team on a weekly basis.
  • Define the digital acquisition plan in line with business objectives, while considering profitability priorities.
  • Initiate and lead digital strategies and initiatives related to priority metrics (KPIs).
  • Manage the pace of digital acquisition objectives and identify necessary optimizations to achieve results.
  • Communicate the performance of digital acquisitions to various executive forums and influence decisions and actions to be taken.
  • Collaborate closely with the business line and various digital experts to maximize the achievement of digital business objectives.
Your team:

Within the Digital sector, you are part of a large team of 7 colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Digital Acquisition. Our team stands out for its ability to make data-driven decisions, its strategic contribution, and its collaboration. The Bank values continuous development and internal mobility. Prerequisites:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and 5 years of experience in digital strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to increase digital acquisition volume.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing levers and digital platforms.
  • Analytical mindset focused on return on investment.
  • Ability to simplify and synthesize information for executives.
  • Excellent rigor.
  • Outstanding leadership to influence and support various teams and partners
