A career as a Lead Digital Acquisition in the Digital Marketing team at National Bank means acting as an expert and spokesperson for digital acquisition. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your extensive knowledge in performance and digital conversion.

Your role:

Be the reference for the performance of digital acquisition of banking products and work with a matrix team on a weekly basis.
Define the digital acquisition plan in line with business objectives, while considering profitability priorities.
Initiate and lead digital strategies and initiatives related to priority metrics (KPIs).
Manage the pace of digital acquisition objectives and identify necessary optimizations to achieve results.
Communicate the performance of digital acquisitions to various executive forums and influence decisions and actions to be taken.
Collaborate closely with the business line and various digital experts to maximize the achievement of digital business objectives.

Within the Digital sector, you are part of a large team of 7 colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Digital Acquisition. Prerequisites:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and 5 years of experience in digital strategy.
Demonstrated ability to increase digital acquisition volume.
In-depth knowledge of various marketing levers and digital platforms.
Analytical mindset focused on return on investment.
Ability to simplify and synthesize information for executives.
Excellent rigor.
Outstanding leadership to influence and support various teams and partners
