A career as a Product Manager within the Product Management and Innovation team at National Bank Trust means acting as the strategic owner of a product suite, driving its performance to support growth, profitability, and differentiation of the offering. This role allows you to have a tangible impact on the organization by leveraging your knowledge of the institutional market and your expertise in product management.

In this position, you play a key role in the evolution of high‑value solutions by orchestrating critical decisions related to innovation, pricing, distribution, and product lifecycle management, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong financial performance.


Your role

  • Define the product strategy and lead growth initiatives in alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Develop and monitor product performance indicators (sales, profitability, client experience) and prepare analyses for business reviews and decision‑making forums.
  • Identify and analyze product evolution opportunities based on client needs, institutional market trends, internal data, and feedback from distribution channels.
  • Prioritize and structure product optimization and innovation initiatives, including pricing adjustments, coverage enhancements, simplification efforts, and product and process inclusions, while producing the required analyses and business cases.
  • Lead the annual product roadmap in close collaboration with internal teams and act as the product reference for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage product‑related risks, while exercising strategic influence with internal and external partners.

You report to the Senior Manager and are part of the Product Management and Innovation team, composed of six Product Managers who collaborate closely to evolve the product offering, respond to institutional market needs, and support the broader business strategy. The team stands out for its agility, collaboration, and personalized client approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the area of activity, with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management or a comparable strategic role.
  • Demonstrated experience in product portfolio management, including roadmap definition and initiative prioritization.
  • Strong command of product management methodologies, including market analysis, positioning, and performance monitoring.
  • Solid knowledge of the institutional market, including financial products and custody‑related services.
  • Proven experience in a highly regulated environment with rigorous compliance and risk management requirements.
