A career as a Senior Solutions Architect in the wealth Management Solutions Architecture and Data team at National Bank will lead the definition and implementation of innovative solutions. You will have a positive impact on National Bank's growth through your human leadership and technical knowledge.


Your job  

  • Mobilize various experts to produce solutions that meet the functional and non-functional needs of the business lines while being aligned with the company's strategic targets
  • Participate in peer reviews and support your fellow architects when they need help
  • Explain and promote the architecture governance process to project teams
  • Contribute to the evolution of the solution architecture practise
  • Keep abreast of and understand the impacts of technology on business processes and applications in order to communicate them to different types of audience.

It involves more than 2,300 experts who work agile, proactive and collaborative to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.

You are part of a large team of 30 colleagues in wealth Management and will report to the Senior Manager, Solutions and Data Architecture. Our goal is to offer you maximum flexibility to promote your quality of life. This includes a hybrid work environment and a flexible, adaptable schedule.

Prerequisites  
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7-10 years of relevant experience
  • At least five years of experience as a solutions architect
  • Experience with case management tools such as Service now (an asset)
  • experience in system integration technologies (APIs, micro-services, Kafka, etc.) And the Domain driven Design approach
  • AWS cloud solutions experience (AWS Certified solution Architect Associate certification, an asset)
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage large-scale projects.

English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
