A career as a Site reliability  engineer Plateform ServiceNow (SRE) in the productivity Tools Management team at National Bank means being an expert responsible for the reliability, availability and performance of the ServiceNow platform. a critical asset at the heart of operations. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on the stability of services and the experience of internal teams thanks to your expertise in system reliability, automation and continuous improvement.

Your job

  • Ensure the reliability, availability and continuous performance of the ServiceNow platform in a critical environment
  • Implement proactive monitoring, observability practices and automation mechanisms to prevent major incidents
  • Strengthen the resilience and operational continuity of the platform by reducing operational risks
  • Support governance, security, compliance and audibility requirements in a regulated environment
  • Oversee the secure evolution of the platform, including new features, integrations and automations
  • Influence and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and mastered use of the platform
  • Promote and develop modern practices related to system reliability, operations and service management

The Vice-President – productivity Tool Management is a team of specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to support strategic technology platforms and continuously improve processes.

Within the Microsoft Power Platform and ServiceNow Centre of Excellence sector, you are part of a committed team that supports, maintains and evolves the ServiceNow platform in line with the organization’s priorities. You report to the management responsible for the platform, and the team stands out for its expertise, sense of responsibility and commitment to quality service. Our goal is to offer you maximum flexibility to promote your quality of life, particularly through a hybrid work environment and flexible work schedules.

Prerequisites

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer Science or a related field and several years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience
  • In-depth experience with the ServiceNow platform in an operational or reliability context
  • Significant experience in system reliability or administration of critical platforms
  • Have worked in complex technological environments requiring high stability and security standards
  • Experience with agile practices or environments undergoing continuous transformation
Languages:
English, French
