A career as a Lead Low-Code Developer in the Strategy, Data, and Performance team for Financial Markets at National Bank means acting as an expert in planning and executing the deployment of applications and features for initiatives using low-code and Microsoft Power Platform. This position allows you to contribute to accelerating the transformation of financial markets operations. It enables you to have a positive impact on our organization through your development skills and experience working in a multidisciplinary team.

Your Role

  • Design and maintain low-code applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integrate low-code solutions with enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint, and other back-office platforms.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, operations teams, and stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements for initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards for application lifecycle management, data security, and governance within the Microsoft environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in low-code platforms, propose innovative solutions, and lead initiatives aimed at improving the team’s capabilities and development efficiency.


Your Team

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Strategy, Data, and Performance for the Financial Markets Operations sector. Within the sector, you are part of a team of five colleagues. Our team stands out for its dynamism, agility, and knowledge of financial market activities and the sub-processes that support these activities.

Our team of professionals is dedicated to implementing and executing the strategic plan, working in collaboration with various partners across the Bank, and covering all operations within the Financial Markets sector. You will encounter numerous development opportunities, with access to colleagues possessing diverse expertise, experiences, and profiles, enriching your development in every aspect.

This position offers you the possibility of working in a hybrid mode, ensuring a work-life balance.


Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree or another related qualification in the field.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder).
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, JSON, Power Fx, or C# for custom connectors.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, or other data storage solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, lead technical discussions, and guide junior team members.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and wealth management is an asset.
