A career as a Human Performance Senior Advisor in the Human Performance, Risk & Advice team at National Bank means acting as a strategic partner in human performance analytics and governance. This role allows you to have a positive impact on the organization thanks to your expertise in data analysis, executive reporting, and performance measurement, while supporting informed decision-making at the highest levels.

You contribute directly to the development, evolution, and use of key human performance indicators that support strategy, risk management, and continuous improvement across the Bank.

Your role 

  • Design, develop and enhance the Human Performance dashboard to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Analyze, track, and report human performance indicators, trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Prepare quarterly and annual executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and governance bodies
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of human resources data used for reporting, benchmarking, and follow-ups
  • Contribute to strategic planning activities, including the annual business plan and long-term human performance initiatives
  • Monitor best practices and emerging trends in human performance, governance, compliance, and performance measurement to inform recommendations

Your team

As part of the Human Performance, Risk & Advice sector, you’ll be on a team of over 40 colleagues and you’ll report to the Senior Director, Human Performance. Our team stands out for it's expertise in Governance, Strategy, Risk, Compliance, Employee Relations and Performance along with strong collaboration with all HEP teams.

Prerequisite

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as a senior advisor, HR analyst or a similar function
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in data analysis, dashboards, and performance indicators
  • Advanced proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Co-pilot, power BI, etc.)
  • Experience in executive reporting (an important asset)
  • Diligent, attention to detail and a sense of confidentiality
  • Ability to explain complex information to an executive audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
  • Collaborative approach and ability to influence without authority
