A career as a Partnerships Manager in the Strategic Alliances team, Core banking, at National Bank means acting as a supplier relationship management specialist. It is through your interpersonal skills, your experience in contract management and your knowledge of the core banking business and its regulatory framework that you will have a positive impact on the Bank's profitability and third-party risk management.

 

Your job:

  • Develop and manage business relationships with key external partners, suppliers (third parties)
  • Negotiate, manage, renew and monitor contractual agreements on an ongoing basis, in collaboration with Procurement Ecosystem stakeholders, the business owner and the asset manager
  • In collaboration with the business owner and the asset manager, define and ensure the achievement of the business objectives of the third parties assigned to you
  • Contribute to the different stages of the sector's RFP (Development of business cases, presentations, etc.)
  • Ensure that the Bank's third-party governance process is applied and respected, including the monitoring of compliance standards and applicable regulations
  • Ensure that SLAs are met in terms of service delivery
  • Ensure the monitoring of the financial performance of third parties including budget monitoring, incentives, revenues, costs and invoicing

 

Your team:

Within the Core Banking sector, you will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances.

Prerequisite:

  • Very good ability to influence and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with external partners
  • Able to navigate an environment that requires to collaborate with multiple teams
  • Great autonomy, rigor and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in banking, partnership management or another related field

English, French
