A career as a Chief Business Analyst in the Human Experience and Performance team at National Bank means acting as a liaison between business teams and delivery teams.

You work in agile mode and are a member of a squad that manages and delivers business and technology projects for various sectors.

This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your business analysis skills, which contributes to the implementation of new technologies.

Your job
  • Lead workshops with several stakeholders at various levels and expertise with leadership
  • Model current and target processes based on mapping practices in place at the Bank
  • Perform detailed, high-level impact analyses on all angles of the process and with the help of experts
  • Apply best practices to identify and draught business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their links and ensure their traceability
  • Define and identify user and user test scenarios including validations of automated processes and AI (artificial intelligence) models and support users with the operational transfer
  • Make proposals for the change management strategy to people who use the solution, taking into account the impact of automation on the user experience, processes, roles and competencies
  • Work closely with the business and it teams, particularly those that contribute to hyper-automating processes and implementing AI.

IT and Operations have more than 5600 experts who work agile, proactively and collaboratively to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.

You are part of a large team of 10 colleagues in the Digital Acceleration Centre sector and will report to the Senior Manager. Our team stands out for its innovative, people-centric approach, where technology is used to enhance employee experience.

Prerequisites
  • University degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience
  • Business analysis skills in a technology-based ecosystem
  • Experience transforming end-to-end business processes, change management and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of improving and mapping business processes: Modelling, BPMN, Lean approach
  • Experience with test scenarios and user support
  • Ability to think strategically, analytical, synthesis and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, safe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Please take note that this is a temporary contract for 12 months.
