A career as a Senior Relationship Marketing Advisor in the Customer Experience and Data Valorization team at National Bank means acting as a relationship marketing and customer engagement specialist. It is through your experience in targeted communications, client engagement and support, and monitoring and optimizing the performance of marketing campaigns that you have a positive impact on the client's experience with National Bank.

Your job:

  • Make sure to take care of needs within the dedicated business line, ask questions, make sure to understand their reality and issues
  • Propose relationship marketing strategies to engage customers who own banking products and contribute to the achievement of related business objectives
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of relationship marketing campaigns
  • Monitor performance, socialize results, recommendations, highlights, risks and issues, as well as their impacts
  • Actively participate in attached working groups as a relationship marketing expert
  • Maintain constant and proactive communication with our partners in order to fully understand the reality on the ground and the impacts in order to quickly adjust strategies as needed

Your team:

Within the Customer Experience and Data Enhancement sector, you will be part of a team of 8 colleagues and you will report to the Director, Relationship Marketing – Individual Focus & Performance Monitoring. A test on knowledge of French and English may be required to validate the level.

Prerequisite:

  • Required level of academic experience Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or similar discipline
  • Knowledge of written and oral English essential (key partners for this position are located outside of Quebec)
  • Experience in relationship marketing and strategy
  • Experience in managing major projects (tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders, change management)
  • Ability to translate business objectives into measurable and quantifiable marketing objectives
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic: autonomy, proactivity, organization and rigor
  • Financial literacy
  • Knowledge of corporate banking products (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools (an asset)

English, French
