A career as a Senior Systems Configurator in the Service, Asset, and Configuration Management team at Banque Nationale means participating in transformation to make a positive impact. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your skills in ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management).


Your Role

  • Analyze stakeholder needs, prioritize, and propose continuous improvements for technological asset discovery needs.
  • Collaborate with process and technical teams to understand needs, define integration strategies, design and implement solutions that are adapted and compliant with best practices in terms of security and performance while meeting business and technical needs.
  • Participate in and evolve the operationalization of ITOM and ITAM modules.
  • Identify improvement opportunities, problems to solve, and issues to establish diagnostics and recommend solutions to optimize performance, flows, and data.
  • Configure and implement integration solutions between systems using advanced integration tools.
  • Conduct thorough integration tests of solutions to ensure performance, security, and reliability of interconnected systems, while providing continuous monitoring and support.
  • Stay informed of technological developments and propose innovative solutions to improve continuous integration and system performance.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree related to the field and four years of relevant experience OR University certificate/College diploma and seven years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced skills and relevant experience in ITOM CMDB and Discovery (ServiceNow) and ITAM (Flexera).
  • Technical knowledge (API, Java, Python, SQL…).
  • Ability to simplify technological complexity.
  • Decision-making and priority management skills.
  • Good synthesis skills.
  • Ability to work in a team in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

English, French
