A career as a scrum master or scrum master in the AI Factory team at National Bank means acting as a facilitator for the team and the project. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your expertise in agility, collaborative management, and process optimization.

Your role
  • Ensure the application and respect of agile methods within the team.
  • Identify obstacles and propose solutions to optimize team dynamics.
  • Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and presenting information.
  • Foster collaboration among team members and with external partners.
  • Lead team meetings and encourage active participation from all stakeholders.

Your team
The AI Factory Vice-Presidency is made up of more than 25 specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay at the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve processes.

Within the AI Factory sector, you are part of a large team of 25 colleagues and report to the principal director. Our team stands out for its expertise in artificial intelligence and agility, its capacity for innovation, and its collaborative spirit. We aim to offer you maximum flexibility to support your quality of life. This includes a hybrid work environment and a flexible, adaptable schedule.

Requirements
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, management, or equivalent.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in agile management or as a scrum master.
  • Master agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile, etc.).
  • Master the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  • Hold a scrum master certification.
  • Be available to collaborate with teams outside Quebec.

Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
