Your job
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of SME clients by establishing solid and lasting business relationships
  • Achieve business development objectives by proposing financial solutions adapted to all the needs of the supported companies
  • Carry out financial analyses, develop financing scenarios and make informed recommendations
  • Negotiate the conditions of financial products while ensuring profitability, compliance and sound risk management
  • Identify and seize business opportunities, including referral opportunities, in collaboration with partner teams
  • Actively contribute to the Bank's visibility in your market and contribute to the sector's growth

In commercial Banking and private Banking 1859, you are part of a team of committed professionals in different regions and report to a Regional Vice-President or Regional Vice-President. Our team stands out for its people-centric approach, proximity to clients and its ability to offer comprehensive financial solutions thanks to an extensive ecosystem of expertise. Prerequisites
  • University certificate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience or master’s degree with 1 years of experience
  • Significant experience in business development with commercial clients
  • Solid knowledge of analyzing financial statements and setting up financing solutions
  • Experience in a financial, banking or related environment
  • Availability to travel occasionally within the area served
