A career as an Operation Manager at National Bank Financial – Wealth Management means implementing the necessary actions to deliver service offerings while increasing your team’s efficiency and profitability.

It also involves engaging and maximizing the contribution of your employees, while ensuring their development and the growth of their skills.

You will stand out through your leadership, your ability to initiate and manage change with employees and partners, as well as your management experience.

Your role:

  • Develop and maintain an efficient administrative structure
  • Optimize work processes
  • Assign and supervise operational and administrative tasks within the team
  • Oversee team members’ schedules and vacation planning
  • Contribute to understanding and participating in the year-end performance evaluation process
  • Actively participate in recruiting new team members
  • Support onboarding, training, and coaching of new support staff
  • Handle various equipment and service requests for team members
  • Act as the first point of contact for understanding key HR policies

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment dealer in Canada. We have nearly 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of more than 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches.

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma with 8+ years of experience OR a bachelor’s degree with 5–6 years of experience
  • Experience in people management or coaching
  • Strong ability to plan and organize work based on volume, resources, and priorities
  • Experience in process and operations optimization is a strong asset
