A career as an E-mail CRM Integrator in the CRM Integration team at National Bank means contributing to the development and integration of e-mail campaigns using technological tools.

You will be actively involved in the implementation, evolution and operation of business requirements to support a consistent email customer experience.

Your job

  • Develop and integrate email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Acoustic Campaign and via HTML and CSS;
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of email deployment for various projects;
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive successful campaign execution, including reporting/analytics, brand/business leaders, web development, etc.
  • Contribute to test design and execution, implement A/B and multivariate testing methods
  • Contribute to the definition of personalization elements in collaboration with targeting teams
  • Contributing to the selection of content/design/HTML type results in higher productivity rates and reporting on email performance
  • Analyze data from email marketing programs to develop internal best practices
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce execution complexity
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines

Your team:

In the CRM Integration department, you will be part of a team of seven colleagues and report to the CRM Integration Director. Our team stands out for its expertise and dynamic collaborative atmosphere.

Basic requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree, industry-related, and six years of relevant experience or Master's degree completed, industry-related, and four years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including targeted lists, subject lines, messaging, and productivity
  • Good knowledge of web analytics (Adobe, Google Analytics or similar)
  • In-depth knowledge of HTML and CSS coding principles
  • Knowledge of AMPScript, JSON, JavaScript, SQL, XML and data modeling principles is an asset
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (an asset)
  • Previous experience in implementing a targeted communication system
  • Experience in project delivery
  • QA experience, and good knowledge of different types of tests and methodologies
  • Experience in responsive design testing is an asset
  • Experience in mobile testing and automation is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Be customer-centric
