A career as a Marketing Advisor at National Bank Financial – Wealth Management (NBFWM) means combining strategy, innovation, and execution to support Wealth Advisors in their marketing activities. Thanks to your expertise and influence, you will play a key role in guiding the design and implementation of end-to-end multichannel marketing strategies. Your role will be to transform objectives into creative and high-performing initiatives by leveraging data, technology, and best practices to generate tangible and lasting impact.

This position, which can be based in several major Canadian cities with a hybrid work arrangement, offers you the opportunity to collaborate with teams from coast to coast to enhance NBFWM’s visibility and strengthen its national influence.


Your Role

Play an advisory role to Wealth Advisors  to guide their decisions and maximize the impact of marketing actions
• Design and execute end-to-end multichannel marketing initiatives (websites, digital and traditional content, advertising, social media) in collaboration with our internal production team
• Leverage data to optimize initiatives, measure results, and provide informed recommendations
• Contribute to automation and continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and execution speed


Your Team

Within National Bank Financial – Wealth Management, you will be part of a team of 6 marketing advisors, 3 graphic designers, and 2 web integrators, reporting to the Marketing Director. Our team stands out for its collaborative approach and entrepreneurial spirit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in multichannel marketing and advisory roles
• E
xceptional communication skills in French – written and verbal, knowing how to adapt to a variety of unique brand voices and audiences they’re targeting
• Ability to manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated influence and leadership to guide stakeholders’ strategic decisions
• Experience in the financial or wealth management sector is an asset
• Experience in content optimization and SEO/GenAI is an asset
• Ability to use artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity and deliverable quality is an asset


Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
