A career as a Project Leader in the team of Regulatory IT Projects at National Bank is to act as an important player in the transformation of teams, working methods and tools in an IT sector. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your agile mentality, your practical skills (hands-on) and a good sense of leadership.

Your job

• Ensure financial monitoring of all delivery commitments for regulatory projects

• Guarantee the quality of information, analyze performance indicators and provide the associated financial reports periodically and monthly.

• Work on automating the production of reports and indicators

• Ensure the implementation of the tools necessary for the deployment of KPIs and dashboards, in order to facilitate the improvement of team efficiency and the delivery of value

• Support project teams in setting up their work structure (Jira & Confluence), including initial reflection and training

• Act as a change agent between management, delivery and orchestration teams

• Provide management with all the proper information in order to influence decision-making (i.e. dashboards, etc.)

• Be an ambassador for the transformation of the sector and promote continuous improvement.

Within the Bank's cross-functional regulatory projects sector, you are part of a large team of 70 colleagues and you report to the IT Delivery Manager. Our team stands out for its versatility, agility and ability to deliver large-scale projects.

Basic requirements

• Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and 2 years of relevant experience OR University certificate and 4 years of relevant experience

• Financial knowledge (budget/actual, capex, opex, financing leverage

• Very strong knowledge of PowerBI, JIRA, Scripting, Confluence, Excel tools, etc. 

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodology as well as technical knowledge

• Experience in data analysis

• Positive, mobilizing and inclusive leadership with a sense of organization and autonomy

• Oriented towards achieving objectives and meeting tight deadlines
