This temporary 18-month opportunity as a senior analyst with the National Bank Employee Relations team is a great opportunity to work closely with several experts on a dynamic and passionate team in the Employee Experience sector and have a direct impact on the employee experience.

Your role

  • Act as a resource person and integrator between the various internal and external stakeholders and follow up and provide status updates on projects and/or mandates
  • Manage and produce various reports on certain sector data (e.g., budget monitoring, operational risk management report)
  • Monitor certain processes in collaboration with various internal services (payroll, Zone, accounting, compensation, benefits, recruitment)
  • Help automate, simplify, improve, and increase the efficiency of various processes
  • Participate on working committees by providing information requiring knowledge of Employee Relations policies and practices
  • Work closely with the Employee Experience Centre, Legal Affairs managers, and other Employee Experience experts to ensure special files are managed and resolved
  • Keep documentation up to date (My HR, forms, guides) and create SharePoint pages
  • Help with various administrative activities related to employee relations activities: indexing cash payment requests, monitoring the receipt of legal documents and certain regulatory obligations, etc.
  • Address specific process-efficiency issues encountered, make recommendations, and ensure continuous improvement

Your team

As part of the Employee Experience sector, you’ll work on a team of 11 colleagues and will report to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations. Our team stands out for its advisory role, team spirit, agility, and expertise in the field of employment law.

Basic requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field and six years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience OR university certificate and eight years of relevant experience
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data
  • Experience contributing to projects
  • Focused on process improvement
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint presentations
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Excellent work organization, rigour, and priority management skills
  • Good knowledge of EE ecosystem, an asset

English, French
