A career as an Insurance Advisor in the National Bank Insurance team at National Bank means acting as a customer service specialist for our numerous National Bank clients. Through your customer service skills, experience in personal insurance, and knowledge of insurance products, you will have a positive impact on the client experience, profitability, and client retention.


Your job:

  • Ensure an outstanding customer service experience.
  • Properly direct clients to our advisors active across Canada.
  • Handle requests and follow-ups to confirm with our insurance partners.
  • Adapt to different situations.
  • Utilize your insurance knowledge to assist clients in their decision-making.
  • Identify and participate in solution paths for client management.


Your team:

Within the National Bank Insurance sector, you are part of a team and report to Caroline Tremblay, Director of the National Bank Insurance and Financial Services FBN customer service team. Our team stands out for its insurance expertise, quality of delivery, customer experience performance, fun atmosphere, and collaborative spirit.

We prioritize a variety of continuous learning methods to enrich your development, including learning in action, training content made available to you, and working in collaboration with colleagues of diverse expertise and profiles. We are constantly updated on products and services as well as technological developments necessary to support the development of your role and career.


Prerequisites:

  • Required academic experience level (college diploma).
  • Personal insurance license.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Caring attitude with strong empathy for the client.
  • Understanding of Equisoft Connect/Centralize tools, an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Knowledge of the individual insurance brokerage field and its products.
  • Openness to change.
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
