A career as a senior integrator in the IT Wealth Management delivery team at National Bank means acting as a testing specialist. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your skills and experience.

Your job
  • Understand the business needs, issues and risks related to the initiative.
  • Promote quality through automation and AI within teams.
  • Ensure the overall quality of deliveries and compliance with QA best practices.
  • Define and communicate the testing strategy (functional, non-functional, automated).
  • Coordinate and monitor all testing activities (integration, performance, UAT, deployments).
  • Ensure optimal test coverage and avoid duplication.
  • Implement quality monitoring tools and processes (tests, anomalies, indicators).
  • Efficiently manage the workflow of anomalies through resolution and collaborate with teams to ensure code and deliverable quality.
  • Supervise QA (onshore/offshore) responders and strengthen their skills.
  • Track and communicate quality KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Represent quality in governance bodies and during production releases.
  • Organize and execute sanity tests before going live.
  • Be the main point of contact for quality during critical phases.

Within the IT Wealth Management Delivery sector, you are part of a team of more than 30 colleagues and report to the Senior Director, Asset Management. Our team stands out for its quality of delivery, its experience and its ability to work on several projects.

Prerequisites
  • Significant experience in quality assurance, integration or coordination of tests.
  • Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban, etc.).
  • Mastery of manual and automated testing practices, including non-functional tests.
  • Experience in multi-team and multi-system coordination.
  • Ability to define, monitor and analyze quality indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Rigour, autonomy, analytical mind and results-oriented.
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of testing frontend and backend cloud applications and services
  • Experience in banking or wealth management is desirable.

English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
