A career as a Chief Business Analyst in the Product Team at National Bank means acting as a strategic liaison between the business teams and the IT delivery teams.
You evolve in agile mode and you are a key member of a squad responsible for the delivery of business and technological projects for different sectors. This role allows you to have a positive and structuring impact on the organization thanks to your in-depth expertise in business analysis, contributing directly to the implementation of new technologies and the optimization of processes.
As a senior resource, you influence the squad and stakeholders, take charge of complex issues, act as a reference in business analysis, demonstrate autonomy, anticipate risks, propose solutions and support the team. Through your leadership, you contribute to the quality, collaboration, and success of initiatives.

Your job
  • Strategically support and advise product owners, business line partners and IT teams in their decision-making and deliverables
  • Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively take charge of the planning, coordination and monitoring of activities related to deliverables
  • Assume a functional leadership role, taking on complex and high-profile mandates
  • Lead workshops involving multiple stakeholders at various hierarchical levels and expertise
  • Model current and target processes, based on the Bank's current mapping practices (BPMN, Lean approach)
  • Perform comprehensive, high-level and detailed impact analyses, considering all operational, technological and organizational angles, in collaboration with experts
  • Adopt best practices in business analysis to identify, draft and classify all requirements (business, stakeholders, solutions) as well as ensure their clarity and traceability via a dedicated matrix.
  • Define and document user test scenarios, support validation phases and support users during the operational transfer
  • Formulate structured recommendations for the change management strategy, taking into account human, organizational and operational impacts
  • Exercise senior professional judgment in the analysis, prioritization and recommendations issued
  • Contribute to the maturity of the team, the sharing of best practices and, if necessary, the support or coaching of less experienced analysts.
Your team

The IT and operations team is made up of more than 5,500 experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes.
