A career as a Low-Code development intern on National Bank's Hyper Automation team means making a concrete contribution to the design and delivery of innovative digital solutions that optimise business processes.

Working closely with business teams, analysts and it teams, you will help develop low-code applications and automation that meet real needs, while familiarising yourself with the hyper-automation practises and tools used at the Bank.

This internship will help you develop your technical skills, your understanding of business processes and your ability to deliver efficient, scalable and user-centric solutions.

Your role

  • Help analyse and understand existing business processes in order to identify automation or optimisation opportunities
  • Design, develop and configure low code solutions (applications, automation, forms, flows) in collaboration with business analysts and it teams
  • Configure business rules, roles, permissions and data access in the solutions developed
  • Help integrate Low Code solutions with other hyper-automation tools (e.g., IDP, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Document the solutions developed (how they work, rules, limits, best practises)
  • Help define and execute user test scenarios to ensure the quality of the solutions delivered
  • Apply low code development, security, performance and maintainability best practises
  • Actively collaborate in an agile context with the Product and Delivery team

Prerequisites

  • Strong interest in Low Code/No Code development and process automation
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate, learn quickly and demonstrate technological curiosity

Assets

  • Knowledge of or experience with Low Code platforms (Microsoft Power platforms)
  • Knowledge of agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, safe)
  • familiarity with collaboration and follow-up tools (Jira, Confluence)

English, French
