A career as a Senior Director, Financing Process within the Commercial Banking sector at National Bank means acting as a strategic leader at the heart of commercial and specialized financing activities. You play a key role in aligning strategy, business teams, and technology teams, while ensuring that the solutions implemented truly meet operational needs. Your Role:

Define and champion the strategic vision for the financing domain in order to improve end-to-end financing process efficiency within the Commercial Banking sector.
Lead and mobilize a multidisciplinary team of managers and professionals responsible for financing products, projects, and processes.
Ensure alignment between business strategy and operational execution of initiatives, in close collaboration with Operations and Information Technology teams.
Oversee demand management for projects and initiatives within the financing domain, including prioritization based on impact, costs, and value creation for the organization.
Monitor financing process performance indicators, including ongoing tracking, analysis of results, and continuous improvement of dashboards.
Influence and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project progress, effective change management, and continuous improvement of practices.

The Financing and Credit Strategy Vice-Presidency brings together a large group of specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to support the growth of business clients and optimize financing practices.

Requirements:

Hold a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of ten years of relevant experience; or a master’s degree and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
Have extensive experience in commercial and specialized financing within a large-scale organization.
Demonstrate strong experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and leading managers.
Show expertise in cross-functional project management and process governance.
Have significant experience in organizational transformation and end-to-end process optimization.

English, French
