A career as a Senior Director in Digital Acquisition in National Bank's digital team means having a direct impact on the performance of digital acquisitions through various channels and informational websites. This job allows you to implement your expertise in digital strategy, leadership and your obsession with performance.

Your job

  • Work in close collaboration with your team and the various key stakeholders of the organization on the strategy, performance and continuous optimizations of acquisitions from digital (marketing channels and website)
  • Lead and inspire a team focused on digital acquisitions and continuous optimization
  • Master the organization's business objectives and priorities to positively influence the efforts and priorities associated with digital acquisitions
  • Evolve the practice of digital acquisitions and continuous optimization to continuously contribute to the success of your team and the organization
  • Master the details of the performance and results of digital acquisitions to continuously be able to support your team and internal business partners
  • Report to management and product teams: strategic plan, performance, current challenges and proposed solutions.

Your team

The Digital Vice Presidency is made up of more than 100 committed specialists, working collaboratively and proactively to continuously optimize processes and stay at the forefront of technology. In our team, you will report to the Digital Acquisition Department. We favor flexibility, a hybrid work environment and a flexible schedule to promote your life balance.

Prerequisite

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy, e-commerce or related field focused on performance and business delivery.
  • You have the ability to challenge  the status quo to target the best optimization opportunities in order to achieve and surpass digital acquisition  results
  • Driven by transformation and growth
  • Able to navigate an environment that requires multiple teams to collaborate
  • Great autonomy, rigor and accountability.

English, French
