You are a senior leader of scale, recognized for your ability to build trust, inspire commitment, and mobilize teams distributed across the territory and facing diverse operational realities, within transformation-driven environments.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Personal Banking, you lead the strategic execution of the Personal Banking sector and assume full accountability for sustainable growth, the evolution of the customer experience, and the rigorous translation of strategy into tangible, large scale execution.

A deeply human leader, you combine courage, clarity, and empathy. You are able to align teams with diverse realities, navigate complexity, exercise sound judgment, and rally stakeholders around a clear and mobilizing vision, even in periods of change.

Comfortable in high visibility environments, you exert a credible and unifying influence, both internally and externally. You work in close synergy with colleagues across other business lines to ensure alignment and maximize growth levers. You also play a key role in the Bank’s external presence and market influence, building strategic relationships with municipal leaders, economic organizations, foundations, and community partners, and representing the institution with credibility, consistency, and impact.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Champion and embody the sector’s strategic vision, executing the business development and customer experience strategy with disciplined, consistent, and hands on execution.
  • Define and implement ambitious yet realistic business plans to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and new customer acquisition.
  • Ensure a high quality customer experience by translating strategy into concrete, measurable, and disciplined execution plans.
  • Actively contribute to the transformation of the Personal Banking sector, strengthening advisory value, customer proximity, and new ways of working.
  • Create a highly engaging employee experience, develop talent holistically, and coach an extended team of senior leaders, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and collective excellence.
  • Ensure operational excellence and rigorous risk management, in full compliance with regulatory, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
Experience and Skills:

As a seasoned leader, you have demonstrated the ability to:
  • Build trust and mobilize large, diverse teams, acting as a recognized people leader who develops both individuals and collective capability.
  • Demonstrate managerial courage, empathy, and authenticity, particularly in transformation contexts and complex decision making environments.
  • Align strategic vision with execution, translating direction into clear, structured action plans delivered with discipline.
  • Lead large scale transformations and guide teams toward new ways of working.
  • Communicate with impact, exercise credible influence, and mobilize stakeholders with diverse perspectives, including large audiences.
  • Foster innovation and out of the box solutions, while maintaining high standards of operational discipline and execution rigor.
  • Embody a leadership style grounded in candor, listening, collaboration, and accountability, aligned with the Bank’s values and interests.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience leading extended teams of senior leaders, ideally within complex, transformation driven environments.
  • Relevant experience in Personal Banking, with broad exposure to strategic, operational, and transformation issues beyond distribution responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
