A career as an Associate Vice President, Strategy and Wealth Management Offer at National Bank means playing a central role in the design, development, and evolution of wealth management advisory services, including financial planning, estate planning, taxation, banking services, insurance, and investment.

Your Role

Lead a multidisciplinary team of experts in:

Fee-based investment programs (discretionary programs such as FBN baskets, unified monPATRIMOINE, and private funds).
Business development and field coaching.
Wealth management.
Projects and process improvement, including the management of transversal projects.

Develop and integrate the wealth management offer by collaborating with internal colleagues and partners to foster synergies.
Design a competitive and profitable offering while optimizing fee structures.
Supervise a field business development team that supports and trains advisors to deliver the wealth management services of tomorrow.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes by integrating innovative technological solutions.
Represent the Bank’s interests with key external suppliers and in internal strategic committees.

Your Team

You will report directly to the Vice President - Wealth Management Solutions and collaborate with a nationwide team of committed and innovative experts. We promote a hybrid, flexible, and excellence-focused work environment to deliver an optimal client experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, particularly in brokerage, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience
Recognized expertise in matrix management and leading multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication and presentation skills to executives
In-depth knowledge of investment products, fee-based platforms, investment-related technologies, and the securities industry
Strategic vision, ability to influence, and inspiring leadership
Initiative and autonomy
Ability to encourage innovation and mobilize teams
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Languages:

English, French
