A career as an IT Operational Resilience Intern within the ITSM and Operations team at National Bank offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the development and operationalization of IT resilience capabilities, while building a strong analytical and technological profile.

Within a specialized team, you will take part in structured initiatives related to data analysis, the implementation of monitoring tools, and the calculation of indicators used to assess the level of operational resilience across IT and operations environments. Your work will directly support decision-making and the continuous improvement of resilience practices.

Your role

Collect, structure, and analyze data from various IT and operations sources to support operational resilience initiatives.
Contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of analytical tools (dashboards, spreadsheets, scripts, reports) used to measure and monitor resilience indicators.
Perform analysis using existing models, document findings, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the team in preparing deliverables, presentations, and summaries for various IT and operations stakeholders.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the team’s processes and tools by proposing data-driven optimizations.

You will join the IT Operational Resilience team within the ITSM and Operations sector.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (IT, computer science, analytics, engineering, or equivalent), with basic knowledge of technology and operations.
Ability to analyze and process data using common tools (Excel, Power BI, analytical languages – an asset), with the ability to clearly document results.
Autonomy, rigor, and a collaborative mindset, demonstrating curiosity, attention to detail, and an interest in continuous improvement.

Languages:

English, French

Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
