A career as a Business Analyst within the Hyper-Automation team at National Bank means acting as a liaison between the Bank’s various business teams and delivery teams. More specifically, you will have the opportunity to develop your business analysis skills by working on existing processes in order to understand them, analyze them, and propose innovative solutions tailored to their realities, while ensuring that current ways of working are optimized and challenged.

As part of your internship, you will also become familiar with the various hyper-automation tools used at the Bank (Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Low Code, ServiceNow, etc.).

In this role, your process expertise, curiosity, and interpersonal skills (influence, collaboration, leadership) become concrete levers to accelerate your growth and impact.

Your Role

  • Perform high-level and detailed impact analyses covering all aspects of processes, with the support of subject-matter experts (people, processes, technology, and data)
  • Map and validate business processes
  • Document functional and non-functional requirements (role management, permissions, data access, availability, recovery)
  • Work closely with IT teams by providing detailed requirement documentation for implementation by development teams
  • Define, identify, and execute user test scenarios
  • Know and apply best practices for identifying, articulating, classifying, and writing business requirements, stakeholder requirements, and solution requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional); understand the relationships between them and ensure traceability

Your Team
