Your Role

Perform high-level and detailed impact analyses covering all aspects of processes, with the support of subject-matter experts (people, processes, technology, and data)
Map and validate business processes
Document functional and non-functional requirements (role management, permissions, data access, availability, recovery)
Work closely with IT teams by providing detailed requirement documentation for implementation by development teams
Define, identify, and execute user test scenarios
Know and apply best practices for identifying, articulating, classifying, and writing business requirements, stakeholder requirements, and solution requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional); understand the relationships between them and ensure traceability

Prerequisites

Currently enrolled in a university program
Knowledge of the business analyst role
Ability to support, influence, and mobilize partners
Ability to think strategically, with strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, Lean approach, and impact analysis
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) an asset

Languages:

English, French
