A career as an Administrative Coordinator on the Technology and Corporate Operations team at National Bank means acting as an organizational anchor, providing tailored administrative support to five leaders, with varying levels of involvement based on needs. This role allows you to make a tangible impact on team effectiveness through your strong organizational skills and your ability to anticipate needs.

In this role, you contribute directly to the smooth running of daily operations by facilitating coordination, communication, and decision-making. Your contribution makes a real difference, both for managers and their teams.

Your role
  • Provide autonomous and versatile administrative support to five leaders, adjusting your level of involvement while effectively managing daily priorities.
  • Plan and coordinate complex, evolving calendars, including meeting organization, logistics, document preparation, and continuous improvement of practices.
  • Draft, review, and structure documents, presentations, and communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and professional quality.
  • Perform budget follow-ups by compiling data, analyzing variances, and preparing supporting materials for managers.
  • Organize logistics related to business travel, including coordination of travel within Canada.
  • Contribute to team initiatives and cross-functional processes, including interview coordination and selected administrative follow-ups related to recruitment.

Prerequisites
  • Hold a high school diploma with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, or a college diploma with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Have significant experience in administrative coordination supporting multiple managers.
  • Master collaborative work environments to produce, structure, and update documents, presentations, and tracking tools in a shared and evolving work context.
  • Possess hands-on experience managing complex calendars and coordinating logistics.
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
