As a Murex functional expert, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Bank’s IT landscape, working at the intersection of financial markets and cutting-edge technology. This role involves a deep understanding of Murex—a premier platform for managing derivatives and other complex financial products—positioning you to make a tangible impact across key areas including Front Office, Risk Management, Operations, and Finance.


Your Role

·         Provide application and technological support for Murex software, analyzing impacts, developing solutions, and integrating them into the ecosystem.

·         Test and implement scalable, stable solutions, automating quality checks and ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines.

·         Conduct Requirement Analysis for Middle Office across various asset classes, gathering and analyzing product requirements to offer solutions and facilitate rollouts.

·         Work closely with Middle Office to gather needs related to VaR modules, FRTB computations, and Murex system reporting.

·         Contribute to the new DevOps culture, especially in code and environment management, by supporting configuration management initiatives.

·         Collaborate on Murex deployments with all stakeholders, assisting in the evolution of services and functional solutions.

·         Support team development in Murex expertise by identifying and addressing risks/issues, formulating mitigation plans, and coordinating with vendors to validate essential points when needed.

Prerequisites

·         Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 2-3 years of relevant experience

·         Knowledge of Murex Middle Office and Risk modules.

·         Experience with financial markets and derivative products.

·         Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle across Front, Middle, and Back Office.

·         Proficiency in SQL, UNIX, and Agile methodologies.

·         Analytical mindset, attention to detail, a strong motivation to learn, autonomy, and a desire to work within a high-performing, dynamic team.
