Your role:

Resolve customer inquiries by taking a proactive approach Communicate directly with Vendors, Lessees and Account Managers to provide timely support and exceptional customer serviceEnter information into various systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detailAudit and fund leasing documentation, ensuring all applicable standards and policies applyEnsure timely follow-up with Lessees and Vendors by obtaining required documentationCoordinate, prepare, audit, and distribute accurate lease documentationNegotiate and provide quotes to Lessees and VendorsCommunicate credit decisions to applicable parties via email and phoneEnter credit applications, ensuring accuracy and department turnaround times are met

Prerequisites: 

Post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus in Finance or equivalent training and 2 years experience in a dedicated administrative roleIntermediate in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn other applications and programStrong analytical skills, keen attention to detail and proven experience maintaining accurate documentationCapability to think proactively and resolve problems logically and efficientlyOutstanding customer service skills with the natural ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work independently or in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to learn on the fly; willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
