A career as an Analyst in International Payment Operations at National Bank offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in the development and execution of strategy across all business sectors. By actively contributing to various processes related to international payments, you will participate in the ongoing transformation of the Bank.

Your job :

  • Act as a resource person for our transaction settlement activities in the international payments sector.
  • Master information related to the entire business process to become a reference in this field.
  • Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and proactivity in the performance of your tasks.
  • Use your initiative to anticipate needs and effectively resolve issues.
  • Analyze discrepancies in operational processes and take required actions with our partners and clients.
  • Collaborate with different sectors of the Bank to provide technical support to stakeholders in daily operations.
  • Provide relevant information for decision-making and make recommendations to improve work processes.

Your Team: 

This position reports to the Director of the Global Wire team, with whom you will collaborate daily within a dynamic team of several specialists. You will join a passionate and growing group of 32 analysts and senior analysts. The team is responsible for the efficiency of operations related to international payments, and you will have the opportunity to learn and develop in an environment that values customer satisfaction, performance, collaboration, and innovation.

Work schedules include both remote work and in-person days. We prioritize continuous learning in various forms: practical learning, available training, and collaborations with colleagues with diverse expertise.

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma or any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
  • Ability to provide fast and efficient customer service.
  • Proficiency in the Office suite.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, with versatility, meticulousness, and rigor.

Special Conditions: The candidate must be available according to operational needs, including on certain holidays.

English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
