Your Role:

  • Assist the Private Wealth Advisor in all administrative tasks related to managing client accounts.
  • Provide superior customer service, prepare client meetings, and act as a resource person for questions related to products, procedures, and policies.
  • Open and maintain client files in compliance with deadlines.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks with various operational services to efficiently complete required activities.
  • Perform diverse administrative tasks related to financial transactions.
  • Prepare documents required for client meetings.
  • Prepare tables, memos, letters, and various documents.
  • Act as a resource person for clients.
  • Keep operational and regulatory knowledge up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with rules and risk management.

Your Team: To properly serve this distinctive clientele in a high-potential market, you are part of a passionate, committed, and dedicated team. You work closely with sector members and report to the Investment Customer Services Manager, Private Wealth Management 1859.

Requirements:

  • Completed college diploma and two years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • Studies in administration or office management preferred.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Investment Representative license with CIRO.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel software.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail.
  • Ability and interest in working as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
