By joining the National Bank team as an Executive Assistant for the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) sector, you will participate in the digital transformation and the protection of the bank’s strategic information. This role places you at the heart of information security, supporting five senior directors in their daily administrative tasks and helping them maintain a direct impact on clients.

Your role:

  • Interpret requests submitted to your superiors by identifying the needs of stakeholders.
  • Ensure the follow-up of invoices and budgets, and maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Organize managers' calendars, manage the logistics of meetings and business trips, while anticipating their needs and suggesting improvements.
  • Draft, revise, and enhance letters and presentations, sometimes complex, to ensure they are clear, concise, and impactful.
  • Oversee the management of HR files in the department, including tracking absences and staff movements, as well as entering transactions related to hiring and departures.
  • Manage requests related to information technology, including ordering equipment and tracking its processing.

Your team: 

This position is part of the Efficiency and Performance team within the Information Security Office, providing you with a broad view of the entire sector. The team is known for its friendly atmosphere, strong sense of mutual support, and close collaboration with other teams to deliver quality results.

Basic requirements:

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent, ideally in a field related to administration, with at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in managing complex agendas: being able to juggle busy schedules and constantly changing priorities is a key asset.
  • Proficiency in office tools: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are tools you use with ease to perform your tasks.
  • Ability to manage priorities: Recognize urgent matters and adapt quickly to new situations.
  • Initiative and proactivity: Being an autonomous person who is not afraid to take the lead in improving processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively with your superiors, colleagues, and external stakeholders, in both French and English.
  • Organizational skills: Be meticulous in managing files and administrative follow-ups.

Reason to require this language: you will need to collaborate with a regulator/authority/government body outside Quebec.
