A career as an Operations Clerk within the large ODI (Investment Distribution Operations) team at National Bank means acting as an expert in handling our clients’ requests. Your position :

Ensuring diligent handling of the various requests from our clients and partners
Meeting productivity and quality objectives and mastering processes end-to-end
Completing assigned activities and proactively supporting your colleagues
Staying aligned with organizational and team priorities, both in work organization and behavioral values
Identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance performance and the experience of our clients as well as our employees
Contributing to making the team environment increasingly positive

Student posting only:

Part-time (between 2 and 3 days per week or between 15 and 30 hours/week)
Full-time: ideally, availability for additional hours or full-time during peak periods or over the summer
