A career as an Associate in the Exclusive remote advisory service team at National Bank means supporting our clients in achieving their life goals. In this role, you help National Bank Financial, Wealth Management stand out by delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive long-term impact on our clients.

Your Role

  • Support the team to provide top-quality customer service and be available to respond to client requests.
  • Execute deposit, withdrawal, and transfer instructions on all investment accounts and ensure diligent follow-up.
  • Analyze and open client files and keep them up to date.
  • Handle the administrative management of client files, including managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing for client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management policies.

Your Team

Within the Exclusive remote advisory service sector, you are part of a direct team of fourteen colleagues, within a larger group of about sixty colleagues, and report to Estelle Champagne. The Exclusive remote advisory service offices are available to clients from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET), and the team is physically present at the downtown Montreal office three days a week (Mondays and Wednesdays are mandatory, with a third day at the employee’s discretion).

Requirements

  • Completed college and/or university diploma in a field related to the sector.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in banking (“back office”), insurance, and/or finance (an asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding customer service skills

 

Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
