This role allows you to have a tangible impact on team efficiency through your executive support experience, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Your role
  • Proactively coordinate calendars, emails, and administrative follow‑ups for three regional vice presidencies.
  • Plan, organize, and ensure administrative follow‑up for internal and external meetings (including client events), covering all related logistics.
  • Interact with discretion and professionalism on confidential matters, particularly those related to human resources.
  • Manage administrative and operational requests linked to the three vice presidencies, including certain HR support activities.
  • Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees by ensuring a smooth and well‑structured experience.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to teams, while working closely with other administrative assistants to optimize internal processes, practices, and tools.

Within the Business Services sector, you are part of a team of 500 colleagues and report to a Regional Vice President for Montreal Centre. Our team stands out for its dynamism and its expertise in financing and business transfers.

As part of your role, you will support Regional Vice Presidents for Montreal Centre, Montreal West, as well as the National Credit Leader. With respect to workplace presence, we favour a hybrid approach, under which you are expected to be on site on a weekly basis at the West End and Downtown locations.

Our personalized training programs, based on learning through action, allow you to master your role and develop new areas of expertise. Tools such as the Data Academy, language training, the Harvard Learning Center, as well as coaching and mentoring support, are available to you at all times.

Prerequisites
  • Hold a professional diploma, college diploma, or relevant academic equivalency, combined with at least three years of experience in administrative or executive support.
