As a Product Owner in the Operational Resilience team, Integrated Risk Management, you’ll be working with internal stakeholders and external advisors and coordinate the management and communication of enterprise-wide operational resilience activities. This position will allow you to leverage your very good/excellent communication, organization, time management and project management skills, as well as your experience working with management in multi-disciplinary areas, to have a positive impact on our organization.

Your role

• Act as Product Owner for the coordination of the Bank’s enterprise-wide operational resilience project as part of a member of a small team.

• Be responsible for contributing to creating a roadmap and supporting the related requirements and activities while meeting project timelines.

• Advise on priorities, interdependencies, constraints and solutions for executing the enterprise-wide operational resilience project.

• Provide governance and presentation updates to management and relevant committees on the enterprise-wide operational resilience project.

• Recommend improvements and timely support corrective actions to address issues that may arise.

Your team

In the sector, you’ll work within a small team with a diverse set of subject matter expertise (risk management, financial markets, payments, wealth management, and domestic and international enterprise-wide operations). The team is mainly responsible for establishing key operational resilience elements (identification of critical operations; dependency mapping and vulnerabilities assessment; setting impact tolerances and scenario testing) by leveraging existing programs/developing new activities.

Prerequisites

• University degree in a related field and 5-10 years of relevant experience

• Experience in delivering solutions as a Product Owner (PO) is desirable

• Robust knowledge and ability to understand complex business operational processes, systems and tools, and influence at different hierarchical levels

• Meeting facilitation abilities and excellent presentation skills are important

• Excellent organizational and time management skills under tight deadlines

• Agile, versatile, and ability to work with multidisciplinary experts
