A career as a Senior AI Integration Advisor in the IT and Operations team at National Bank means acting as a resource for accelerating artificial intelligence. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your expertise in artificial intelligence, your ability to align multidisciplinary teams, and your experience transforming work methods, both in technology and operations.

Your job

Act as a reference person in artificial intelligence for internal teams and various organisational forums
Work closely with 16 leaders in the field to understand their operational realities and identify concrete drivers for accelerating artificial intelligence
Align artificial intelligence initiatives between teams to maximise value, avoid duplication and ensure overall consistency
Share best practises, lessons learnt and feedback to promote reuse and continuous improvement
Represent the team as an ambassador for artificial intelligence, highlighting successes and learning from projects
Contribute to the evolution of artificial intelligence work methods, both in it and Operations

Prerequisites

A diploma in a relevant field and 7 to 10 years of experience in organisational or technological transformation
Expertise in artificial intelligence applied to technological environments
Concrete experience in implementing and accelerating AI solutions in an organisational context
A good understanding of development tools, including AI agents, automation and test environments
Solid knowledge of IT, architecture and governance teams
