As part of initiatives to promote inclusion and equity, we strongly encourage people who identify as Indigenous to apply to work at National Bank. This job listing is reserved for people who identify themselves as such.

“Indigenous People" is a collective name for the original peoples of North America and their descendants. This includes First Nations, Métis, and Inuit.

Working in National Bank’s Indigenous Relations team, and reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include creating positive relationships between National Bank and the Indigenous communities within your defined area of Canada. These relationships will be two-fold. Firstly, building communications with the communities to understand their needs and priorities, and conveying these back to the Managing Director who will arrange for internal discussions on how National Bank’s departments can respond to these opportunities. And, secondly, sharing with these communities non-confidential success stories of other Indigenous communities so as to create a beneficial relationship.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Recruitment colleagues Christina Chan (christinab.chan@bnc.ca) and/or Simon Beaulieu (simonx.beaulieu@bnc.ca).

If you wish to apply, you can do so via this online job posting and we will contact you via email.
