A career as a product owner in the Internal Identity and Access Management (IAM) business owner team at National Bank means acting as the strategy and target manager of one of the company's IAM practices. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your strategic planning skills, your influence heel and your knowledge of authentication as well as high-privilege access management.

Your job:

  • Act as a Product Owner (according to the Scrum/Agile methodology) in complex projects that translate into functionalities.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for Identity life cycle management.
  • Identify market trends, business partner needs, and compliance requirements to define the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the domain architect to define the technology and strategic target
  • Slice and sequence a target vision in order to maximize value delivery by taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors, which includes: Building and managing the backlog that allows the business vision to be achieved AND Prioritizing the MVP (minimum viable product) to the delivery team based on business value.
  • Ensure that products under his reponsability comply with access security standards and best practices.

Your team:

Within the industry, you will be part of a team consisting of a Business Owner, Product Owners, Business Analysts and IAM professionals. The team is primarily responsible for the strategic planning and operationalization of IAM capabilities and services.

Prerequisite:

  • Industry-related bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience OR industry-related master's degree and approximately seven years of relevant experience
  • Experience in solution delivery as a Product Owner (P.O.)
  • Ability to work in Agile mode: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and deliver without having all the specifications
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively
  • Experience of IAM principles. Knowledge of IIQ (Sailpoint) and CyberArk tool (PAM and EPM)
  • Good knowledge of Identity and account Live cycle management
  • Knowledge of Cloud concepts.
