A career as a Senior Continuous Improvement Advisor in the Business Strategies and Integration sector at National Bank, means implementing strategic, large-scale and high-visibility initiatives to advance the practice of continuous improvement. In this role, you can use your experience in delivering several projects that have a significant impact on the profitability and operational efficiency and your ability to analyze business challenges, identify needs and propose strategies to support project execution and process improvement to have a positive impact on our organization.

Your job

  • Analyze business needs, identify optimizations to achieve gains for the organization from a cross-functional perspective
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement by proposing approaches with a significant impact on profitability and efficiency of the Retail & Corporate Banking sector
  • Challenge current operating modes, procedures and business rules considering adjustments to certain end-to-end processes
  • Manage stakeholders effectively and work to align various interests
  • Communicate proactively and concisely the results, issues and risks to management
  • Create presentations (PowerPoint) and documentation

Your team

Within the Business Strategies and Integration sector, you will be part of a team of 4 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement. Our team stands out for its agility and ability to support various sectors in their simplification efforts. Prerequisite

  • Bachelor’s degree related to the field and 6 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s degree related to the field and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in business process management, organizational diagnostics and/or project management in a context of transformation / business process management
  • Ability to quickly understand and resolve issues and provide relevant recommendations
  • Creativity in identifying solutions while ensuring their long-term viability
  • Advanced experience in process reengineering and continuous improvement
  • Experience in an advisory role to management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or changes and be results-oriented
  • Leadership and influence skills
