A career as a System Configurator in the Workstation and Office Equipment Management Team at National Bank means acting as the IT expert of the future. Your job
• Ensure the operational health of our IT equipment
• Meeting the objectives of stability of our infrastructure
• Deliver on our evolving vision of our solutions delivery initiatives
• Ensure the safety of all our products and other items that impact them
• Supporting or influencing the product owner in his decision-making to develop his vision
• Identify areas for improvement and automation in our day-to-day operations
• Participate in the evolution of the team through knowledge sharing or training initiatives

Your team
Within the Infrastructure, IT Operations and Strategic Supplier Management sector, you will be part of a large team of 20 colleagues and report to the Senior Director. Our team stands out for its desire for continuous evolution and the concern for a job well done. Flexible working is the order of the day 2 days a week when you work from the office. The team supports each other for occasional evening work activities (updated below) and offers flexibility for work/family balance.
Several opportunities for growth and fulfillment are available to you in the form of an IT initiative or via online training. Online training content and workshops with our partners such as Microsoft are available to support your continuous learning. Prerequisite
• Hold a three-year professional college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity + 5 years of relevant experience OR bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity + 3 years of relevant experience
• Intune Senior Specialist (Intune environment infrastructure management, SCCM, and Microsoft Autopilot).
• Infra as Code, Knowledge of Azure AD and Cloud PC modern management tools is essential. Knowledge of Graph, Logic Apps, and Cloud item management is a strong asset.
• Senior Desktop Specialist (Be actively involved in the management of operations - level 3 support), our core remains desktop management
• Possess strong leadership, autonomy, automation and a desire to learn.
