A career as a Payment Solutions Architect in the Payment Delivery team at National Bank means contributing to large-scale projects undergoing transformation, while collaborating with various areas of the Bank. This job allows you to make a positive impact with your expertise in systems integration, Domain Driven Design (DDD), cloud services, as well as enterprise solution delivery. You will also be able to value your knowledge of payment processes, including Swift services, and your excellent communication and influence skills.

Your job

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and design technical solutions aligned with business and architectural objectives.

• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.

• Identify and implement integration patterns such as APIs, micro-services or serverless to ensure maintainability and scalability.

• Develop cloud-native or hybrid solutions adapted to the needs of the project with AWS services (Serverless, containers).

• Develop and implement robust security measures to protect data, applications, and systems.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, while leading and mentoring teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Within the Payments, Cards and Regulatory Projects sector, you will join the team of solution architects under the supervision of the Senior Director, Éric Jolly. Our team is distinguished by deep expertise covering various technological and business areas, and focuses on innovative solutions to improve the customer experience.

Prerequisite

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT, with 10 years of relevant experience, or master's degree with 8 years of experience.

• Proven expertise in architecting complex solutions at scale.

• Proficiency in AWS services (EKS, Serverless) and structured and unstructured databases (RDS, DynamoDB, S3).

• In-depth knowledge of microservices, APIs, event architecture, and security.

• Knowledge of payment processes, including Swift services, is an asset.

• Certification AWS Solution Architect Associate ou Professional, is an asset.

• Excellent ability to synthesize, analyze and popularize.

• Experience in agile methodologies.
