A career as a Scrum Master in the IT and Operations sector at National Bank means acting as a specialist in the Agile methodology, promoting collaboration and team efficiency using the agile Scrum method, while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Your job

Supervise and facilitate the daily activities and ceremonies of 2 squads within the International Payment IT team
Support Product Owners (POs) in prioritizing and refining activities
Support the manager in the sound management of the various initiatives surrounding the team (budgets, schedules, risks and issues, asset management, etc.)
Act as a "coach" to colleagues less experienced in the use of the agile methodology and propose improvements that support the delivery of features
Diagnose problematic situations, facilitate their resolution by ensuring the implementation of solutions
Raise risks and issues inherent in initiatives consistently and proactively
Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
Support your team and other initiative managers in managing interdependencies and blockers.

In the IT Payment Delivery department, you will be part of a large team of 30 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager.

Prerequisite

Completed bachelor's degree, related to the industry, and several years of relevant experience or other diploma, related to the sector of activity and several years of relevant experience
Knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe) and the role of Scrum Master is essential
Experience in IT and employee experience projects is an asset
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Good communication and ability to synthesize at all levels of the organization
Cooperate effectively, be accountable
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
